Online Training Course Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our online training and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why every online course is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your online course for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of enrollment to request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted before the course has been completed. Once your request is received, we will promptly process your refund.

A full refund is available until the earlier of:

• 30 days from the date of enrollment, or
• Completion of the online course.

Once a course has been completed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Course Credits

If you decide not to complete your training after the 30-day refund period, you may request a course credit instead of a refund.

Course credits:

• May be applied toward any future OSHACode® products or services.
• Never expire.
• May be transferred to another student.
• Must be requested in writing by the student or the Corporate Administrator within one (1) year of the original enrollment date.
